SEO
SEO is the work of making a site findable when someone is already searching for what it sells: a technical foundation a search engine can crawl and understand, content that matches what people actually type, and the local and authority signals that decide who gets shown. CIMA runs it from Kuwait City for Kuwait and the wider GCC, in Arabic and English.
What we do
We start with an audit of what is technically blocking a site, because content work on a site search engines cannot crawl properly is wasted. Then intent: which searches a business can realistically win, which it cannot, and what has to exist on the site to compete for the ones that are worth it. Local search is treated as its own discipline rather than a footnote, because for most businesses here it is where the commercial searches resolve.
- Technical audits and remediation
- Keyword and search-intent research
- On-page and information architecture
- Content strategy built around real queries
- Local search and Google Business Profile
- Structured data and entity clarity
- Bilingual Arabic and English search
- Search Console setup and reporting
How it runs
- 01
Audit
What is technically preventing the site being crawled, indexed and understood.
- 02
Research
Which searches are winnable, which are not, and what each is worth.
- 03
Fix
Technical remediation, architecture and metadata, in priority order.
- 04
Build
The pages and content the winnable searches need.
- 05
Measure
Search Console and analytics, reported against queries and leads, not rankings alone.
When it is the right call
- A site that looks good and does not appear for its own category
- A rebuild or migration, where the risk of losing existing visibility is real
- A business relying entirely on paid traffic and wanting a channel it owns
- Competing locally in Kuwait against businesses that are simply easier to find
In Kuwait and the Gulf
Search here is genuinely bilingual, and the two languages behave differently: Arabic queries are often shorter, more colloquial and much less well served by existing content, which makes them less contested. Serving six countries from one site also raises a question most local sites answer badly, which is whether a market deserves its own page at all. Usually it does not, and building six near-identical ones is a spam-policy problem rather than a strategy.
SEO, asked and answered
- What does an SEO agency in Kuwait actually do?
- Three things. It fixes what stops search engines crawling and understanding a site; it works out which searches the business can realistically compete for; and it builds the pages, content and local signals those searches require. Anything that promises rankings without the first two is selling something else.
- How much does SEO cost?
- We do not publish rates, because the honest answer depends on what is actually wrong. What moves the number is the state of the site technically, how contested the category is, how many languages are in scope, and whether content has to be produced or only optimised. We would rather scope it against your site than quote a figure that turns out to be wrong.
- How long before SEO shows results?
- Technical fixes can change how a site is crawled within weeks. Competitive positions take months, and anyone who tells you otherwise is either guessing or describing a market with no competition in it. We report on indexing and query visibility early, because those move first and they show whether the work is heading anywhere.
- Can you guarantee a position on Google?
- No, and neither can anyone else. Nobody controls Google's ranking systems. What can be controlled is whether a site is eligible, relevant, technically sound and better than the alternatives for the query, which is what the work consists of.
