CIMA is a creative and marketing agency based in Kuwait City. We build brand identities, produce photography and film, run campaigns, activations and creator work, handle SEO, paid media and performance marketing, and build the websites and apps behind them, for brands across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
Most brands buy this in pieces: an agency for the look, another for the media, a developer for the build. The pieces then spend their time reconciling each other. We take on a small number of brands a year and run all of it from one team in Kuwait City, so the identity, the content, the campaign and the site it lands on are decided together.

Working with CIMA
- What services does CIMA offer?
- Eleven, in three groups. Creative covers brand identity, content production, campaigns and activations, and social media. Growth covers SEO, paid media, performance marketing and influencer marketing. Technology covers web development, mobile app development and the measurement and integrations behind them. Most engagements combine several, because they are stages of the same work rather than separate products.
- Where is CIMA based?
- CIMA works from a single studio in Kuwait City, Kuwait. There is no second office anywhere else in the Gulf.
- Which markets does CIMA work in?
- Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Kuwait is the home market and the base everything is produced from; the other five are markets we take work in, not places we have offices.
- Can we hire CIMA for one service, or is it all or nothing?
- One is fine. A brand with an identity it is happy with can bring us only the media, and a brand with an internal marketing team can bring us only the build. The argument for doing more of it together is that fewer things have to be reconciled, not that the pieces cannot be bought separately.
- Does CIMA produce content in house or outsource it?
- In house. Photography and film are directed, shot, styled and graded by our own crew rather than briefed out. It is the reason the identity work and the content that carries it stay consistent, and it is what makes a media plan needing nine formats a production brief rather than a compromise.
- How do we start a project with CIMA?
