Technology services
These are the technical services marketing depends on and rarely gets: analytics and conversion tracking that measure the right event, the integrations that connect a website to the systems behind it, and honest advice on which platform to use. CIMA builds and maintains this layer for the brands it works with from Kuwait City.
What we do
Most of this work is fixing measurement that nobody has checked. Tracking inherited from a previous supplier is very often counting something other than what the business thinks, and every decision made on top of it inherits the error. We audit it, rebuild it against events that actually matter, and connect the systems that need to talk to each other.
- Analytics and conversion tracking setup and audit
- Tag management and consent-compliant measurement
- CRM and form integrations
- E-commerce and payment integrations
- Platform selection and migration advice
- Performance, accessibility and technical audits
- Maintenance and support
How it runs
- 01
Audit
What exists, what it is really measuring, and what it is missing.
- 02
Design
The events and integrations the business actually needs.
- 03
Implement
Built, verified against reality, and documented.
- 04
Maintain
Kept working as platforms and privacy rules change.
When it is the right call
- Analytics nobody trusts, so decisions are made on instinct
- Enquiries arriving by WhatsApp or phone and never being counted
- A website and a CRM that do not talk to each other
- Needing measurement that is compliant with consent requirements rather than merely present
In Kuwait and the Gulf
The measurement problem specific to this region is that a large share of high-intent contact arrives by WhatsApp or a phone call rather than through a form. A funnel counting only form submissions understates itself badly, and the campaigns that generate the most valuable conversations tend to look like the worst performers.
Technology services, asked and answered
- Is this IT support?
- No. We do not do infrastructure, networks, ERP or device management, and we would point you to a systems integrator for those. This is the technical layer marketing runs on: measurement, integrations and the platforms behind a campaign or a site.
- Can you fix tracking somebody else set up?
- Usually, and we would audit it before changing anything. Inherited tracking frequently measures something other than what it claims, and rebuilding on top of a broken signal just makes the error harder to find.
- Can measurement be compliant and still useful?
- Yes, and it should be designed that way rather than retrofitted. Consent-aware analytics measures less than the alternative and can still answer the questions that matter, which is the trade every business here will end up making anyway.
